PSS x ICM Pharma Outstanding Young Pharmacist Award
We celebrate Carolyn Chan, winner of the PSS–ICM Pharma Outstanding Young Pharmacist Award 2025, for redefining what pharmacists can achieve in public health. Carolyn spearheaded Singapore’s first Community Pharmacist Vaccination Programme and led the national “Start to S.T.O.P.” Smoking Cessation Programme. As Chair of the PSS Community Chapter and Co-Chair of Pharmacy Week 2022, she has strengthened engagement and advocacy across the profession. Passionate about mentorship and preventive health, Carolyn continues to shape the future of pharmacy through education, outreach and inspiration.
