  2. Participation in the Survey and/or registration for the FGD constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”), including any amendments, additions, or modifications, which shall be final and binding on all participants.
  3. By opting in to participate in the Survey and/or FGD, participants consent to being redirected to and/or contacted by appointed third-party agencies (including but not limited to Grapevine Consulting for the FGD) for the purpose of collecting responses, registration details, collecting research data, and reaching out to confirm details and FGD participation on behalf of the Organiser.
  4. The Survey and FGD are open only to selected Link members who are the intended recipients of the invitation. Employees of the Organiser and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  5. Invitations are exclusive to targeted recipients and must not be shared. Members who are not intended recipients are not eligible to participate.
  6. The Survey is valid during the stated Campaign Period, and FGD registration is valid during the stated FGD Registration Period, as communicated in the respective invitations.
  7. All Survey submissions or FGD registrations received after the respective stated periods will be null and void without further notice.
  8. Only the first stated number of qualified participants who complete the Survey during the Campaign Period will receive the stated incentive (e.g., 500 Linkpoints worth $5), subject to verification via a computerised method.
  9. Survey incentives will be credited or issued by the date stated in the invitation communication.
  10. From the pool of interested registrants, the appointed third-party agency will assess profiles and select the stated number of participants (e.g., 24 participants) to take part in the FGD.
  11. Selected participants who complete the FGD session will receive the stated incentive (e.g., $120), which will be issued upon completion of the session.
  12. All incentives (including Linkpoints and cash incentives) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and provided on an “as is” basis. No cash alternative will be offered unless otherwise stated.
  13. The Organiser’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the Survey and/or FGD, including participant eligibility and incentive entitlement, shall be final and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
  14. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found or suspected of tampering with the submission or registration process, or acting fraudulently or dishonestly.
  15. The Organiser reserves the right at any time and at its sole discretion to amend these T&Cs, suspend or terminate the Survey and/or FGD, or substitute any incentive with one of similar value. In the event of a dispute, the Organiser’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
  16. The Organiser and its affiliates shall not be liable for any additional cost or expense incurred by participants, any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Survey or FGD, technical or system errors, unauthorised intervention, or unsuccessful attempts to contact participants.
  17. By participating in the Survey and/or FGD, participants agree that the Organiser may collect, use and disclose their personal data (as provided in their Link membership application and/or registration) for the following purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and the Organiser’s Privacy Notice available at https//www.fairpricegroup.com.sg/privacy-policy/:

    • To disclose personal data to third parties performing services for the Organiser, including research, data processing, and analytics services, which may involve cross-border transfers of personal data.
  18. In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Survey and/or FGD, these T&Cs shall prevail.
  19. A person who is not a party to these T&Cs shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any provision of these T&Cs.
