If you have limited time in the morning, try this easy and healthy recipe with just a few ingredients for a nutritious breakfast on-the-go!

Ingredients:

  1. ½ cup rolled oats
  2. 1 ½ cups almond milk
  3. 1 large frozen banana
  4. ¼ cup peanut butter
  5. 2 tablespoons of honey

Instructions:

Blend the oats first in a food blender/processor and pour milk into the blender.
Allow the oats to soften in the milk for 2-3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients until smooth
Serve immediately and enjoy!
